Go for a home equity loan and use your home as collateral.

Try e-loan or Dietech (sp?) on the internet. Both are pretty fast, and if decent credit interest rates are reasonable

I have been a Mortgage Banker for six years and can help you if you’d like. Our company has a AAA rating with the BBB and I help people with 800 +credit scores to those out of a bankruptcy just yesterday. There are so many home equity loan options out there…..once I take some time to understand your long and short term goals for the home… I can recommend some options for you to decide from and can have your loan funded very quickly. I will be in my office tomorrow 8/26 for a few hours- approximately 9-12 PST. You can reach me at 866-902-2612 and ask for Lisa. I hope I can help you! Have a wonderful night!
