twinfx76 asked:

I am trying to increase the value of my home. Are there any eco-friendly products/methods that may help me out?

Increase your insulation by adding the eco-friendly insulation which I think is made of sheep wool. Also a water but would be a good buy if you don’t already have one. Well done for trying to improve the environment.

Bamboo is a renewable resource and is being used for flooring. There are composite products made from recycled materials such as decking and countertops. Some glass tile is made from recycled bottles. Upgrading your insulation, windows and doors would help. Use low VOC paints. Upgrade your toilets.

    Awnings
    Solar
    modest natural habitat gardens
    Living walls/fencing…
    energy efficient windows
    installing a new furnace,programmable thermostat
    Ceiling fans
re-canopying existing trees to add more natural light and insulation

Check with green mortgage companies and green Realtors in your area.

energy efficient seems to be the priority
which includes several things i have listed.
